俄罗斯（36个城市）和白俄罗斯（12个城市）地图
更新1.7.1：
- 与“Southern Region”6.0的地图连接
- 新道路：A-260
- 部分修改了以下城市：伏尔加格勒
- 修正了以前的版本。
- 其他一些变化。
- 与1.26完全兼容
